Compatibility of O-ring raw materials and hydraulic oil (fluid)
O-rings are suitable for hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil, diester series lubricating oil, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil and other media. Nitrile rubber is currently the most widely used and lowest cost rubber seal. Not suitable for polar solvents such as ketones, nitro hydrocarbons, ozone, methyl ethyl ketone and chloroform. Usually the temperature scale is -40~120. Due to the data, the static pressure is less than 20Mpa. Sometimes used for dynamic, dynamic use pressure less than 5Mpa, and semiconductor vacuum sealing. The selection criteria of the ruler are: the diameter of the cross section is about 0.35~12mm, and the diameter can reach 1000mm and above.
Compatibility of seal material with hydraulic fluid (fluid): One source of hydraulic fluid contamination is "debris" or "swarf" that is incompatible with the hydraulic fluid. The seal is damaged due to "expansion", "detritus" or "extract" does not contact with the inorganic filler to produce data, so that the seal is damaged and the oil pollution fails, which together constitute the deterioration of the hydraulic oil and cause failure.
