Depending on the product, the smallest we can do is 0.4mm or even smaller, and the largest we can produce several meters. We are equipped with a variety of production equipment and processes to meet the needs of different sizes, shapes, and materials. At the same time, we can control relatively small tolerances with the help of a variety of advanced production and inspection equipment to match our customers' precision products.
● Material
Choosing materials requires consideration of multiple factors, including application environment, working conditions, material properties, and cost factors. Not the most expensive is the best, the most suitable is the best. Common material categories include.
- VITON/FKM/FPM: Our main product. It has better high temperature resistance than silicone rubber, excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and chemical resistance, and is resistant to most oils and solvents (except ketones and fats). Cold resistance is poor. The general temperature range for use is -20~250 ℃. The subcategories include Type A, Type B, Type F, peroxide fluorine glue, low-temperature FKM, FEPM, ETP, perfluor rubber/FFKM, etc.
- NBR: Has good resistance to oil, water, solvents, and high-pressure oil. It is currently a widely used and low-cost rubber seal. The general temperature range for use is -40~120 ℃.
- HNBR: It has better wear resistance, corrosion resistance, tear resistance, and compression deformation resistance than nitrile, and has good resistance to ozone, sunlight, and weather. The general temperature range for use is -40~150 ℃.
- SILONE: It has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, atmospheric aging resistance, and insulation properties. The general temperature range for use is -55~250 ℃.
- FLUROSILICONE: It has the advantages of fluorine and silicon, and is resistant to oil, solvents, fuel oil, and high and low temperatures. It is used for special purposes, such as resisting the corrosion of chemicals that require resistance to oxygen, aromatic hydrogen containing solvents, and chlorine containing solvents. The general operating temperature range is -50~200 ℃.
- EPDM: Has good weather resistance and ozone resistance, excellent water resistance and chemical resistance, can use alcohols and ketones, is resistant to high temperature steam, and has good impermeability to gases. High corrosion resistance, high insulation, and alkali resistance. The general temperature range for use is -55~150 ℃.
- CR: It has excellent resistance to sunlight and weather. The general temperature range for use is -55~120 ℃.
- ACM: resistant to petrochemical oil, high temperature, excellent weather resistance, good oxidation resistance, resistance to bending and deformation, and excellent resistance to oil products. The general temperature range for use is -25~170 ℃
- POLYURE: Good mechanical properties, high hardness, high elasticity, high wear resistance, high pressure resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, and oil resistance. General operating temperature range: -45~90 ℃

How to customize a suitable seal
Product selection is influenced by the size of the groove, the shape of the groove, the way it is used, and the cost. For example, the same simple ring-shaped rectangular groove, static sealing, we will probably recommend O-ring. But if replaced by a dynamic seal, we may recommend star ring, U-ring or other.
Rubber seals, unlike the hard materials such as PTFE, simply fill the grooves on the line. As an elastomer, there is a range of proportions between its dimensions and the grooves, and overfilling or underfilling will not achieve a good seal. We need to narrow it down until we confirm a value. If you need, we can provide you with some help in this regard.
The choice of material is also not the more expensive the better. The performance of each material varies greatly, and most are not as good as others.
