The temperature resistant fabric rubber diaphragm is a special type of diaphragm made by molding high and low temperature resistant rubber raw materials. It is mainly used in high-temperature environments such as steel mills and power plants or in low-temperature environments such as cold storage.
We know that conventional high-temperature resistant raw materials currently include silicone rubber, fluororubber, etc. Silicone rubber not only has excellent high-temperature resistance, but also has low-temperature resistance. But the drawbacks are also obvious, as its mechanical properties such as tensile strength and tear strength are poor.
Taking silicone rubber diaphragm as an example, its material itself has excellent high and low temperature resistance. In order to improve the mechanical and tear resistance of the product, we can add one or even multiple layers of different fabrics as its interlayer during the diaphragm forming process. The sandwich silicone rubber membrane produced by this method can effectively improve the overall tear resistance of the diaphragm.
In fact, in the rubber diaphragm industry, the use of silicone rubber raw materials is relatively small, and the main materials used are still natural rubber, fluororubber, and nitrile rubber. According to a few special circumstances, they will also be applied to special materials such as chloroprene rubber. Each of the above materials has its own temperature limitations, and we choose the corresponding materials according to different requirements.
