Polyurethane Orings PU seals are widely used in mechanical shock absorption, hydraulic pneumatic, and other dynamic sealing environments with strict requirements for compression and wear resistance. It has good wear resistance under high pressure and normal temperature conditions.

The wear resistance is about 5-8 times of fluororubber (FKM) and 3-5 times of hydrogenated Nitrile rubber (HNBR)

The 95A hardness polyurethane O-ring can withstand the maximum pressure limit of 40MPA when used alone without the use of a retaining ring
