Temperature range of EPDM O ring

Heat resistant EPDM rubber O-ring is applicable to a wide range of temperatures. The minimum operating temperature is - 40~- 60 ℃. As for heat resistant, the common one can be used at 130 ℃ for a long time, and around 150 ℃ for a short time. With peroxide cure, it can resistant to 150 ℃ extreamly.

In addition, EPDM rubber O-rings have good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. It can be used for alcohols and ketones, as well as in high-temperature water vapor environments. It is also suitable for bathroom equipment, car radiators, and car brake systems. But it is not recommended to expose the EPDM O-ring to mineral oil
