Poor machining of hydraulic cylinder Orings rubber seals includes poor design of groove size, roughness of sealing surface, and coaxiality of sealing groove that do not meet the requirements of the design drawings. After the sealing groove is processed, it should be strictly inspected according to the drawing dimensions, and not only pay attention to other dimensions of large parts, but also ignore the dimensions within the small range of the sealing groove. Unqualified products need to be repaired or scrapped. Also note the following issues:

1. Avoid scratches or organic machining tool marks on the processed sealing grooves.

2. During flat static sealing, leakage is caused by the depth of the O-ring groove pit h being too deep (greater than d), or the eccentricity of the upper and lower oil holes.

3. Welding deformation causes leakage.

4. Due to the narrow or shallow size of the groove, the seal is cut and bitten, or due to poor processing, the size of the sealing cover or flange cover exceeds the tolerance, resulting in excessive clearance and extrusion of the sealing ring, leading to leakage.
