Features of CR rubber Orings

CR rubber O ring has good physical and mechanical properties, oil resistance, heat resistance, flame resistance, sunlight resistance, ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and chemical reagent resistance. It has high tensile strength, elongation, reversible crystallinity, and good adhesion. Resistant to aging and heat. Excellent oil and chemical corrosion resistance. Only Butyl rubber and Ethylene propylene rubber offer better resistance to weather and ozone aging. The heat resistance is comparable to that of rubber made of nitrile. The temperature ranges from 230 to 260 °C for decomposition, 120 to 150 °C for short-term resistance, and 80 to 100 °C for long-term use. It has some degree of flame resistance. Only nitrile rubber has a higher oil resistance level. good mineral acid and alkali corrosion resistance. mediocre electrical insulation and slightly weak cold resistance.

The disadvantage is poor cold resistance and storage stability.
