The main characteristics of fluororubber Brown VITON O Rings are high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, good anti-aging and ozone resistance, and low air permeability. Even under very bad working conditions, it still has very good wear resistance. Fluorine rubber can withstand the working temperature of+200 ℃ or below, and can also allow the operation without oil for a short time.

Fluorine rubber can resist oil, hydraulic oil, fuel, lubricant, inorganic acid, aliphatic hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon, etc., but it should not be used when there are esters, ethers, ketones, some amines, high temperature fluorine water hydrogen and other compounds.

Under normal working conditions and working temperature below+200 ℃, fluororubber is very stable and harmless.

However, when encountering a high temperature above 300 degrees, such as the flame of a gas cutting gun, the Viton will release harmful gases. Inhalation of these gases or into the eyes may cause harm to human health.

Once the FKM seal ring is heated to a high temperature of more than 300 degrees, it will be dangerous even after cooling, so it must not directly contact the skin
