EPDM Rubber O-Ring
Material: Peroxide cure EPDM, others

Size: Standard and Custom made
Material: Peroxide cure EPDM, others
EPDM rubber O-rings have excellent ozone resistance, sunlight resistance, and weather resistance. They have excellent flexibility at low temperatures, good chemical resistance (many dilute acids, alkalis, and polar solvents), and good electrical insulation performance EPDM O-rings may also have metal detectable changes while maintaining the same quality as general EPDM O-ring compounds. EPDM O-rings are usually black and have a long shelf life.
Curing system: peroxide curing
Standard EPDM O-ring compounds are usually sulfurized with sulfur. Sulfur cured compounds have better flexibility, but are more prone to hardening and exhibit poor compression set at high temperatures.
Peroxide cured EPDM O-ring compounds have better heat resistance and lower compression set. It meets the requirements of long-term use, especially the hose system in the construction industry, but is more expensive and difficult to produce than sulfur vulcanized EPDM rubber O-ring compound. EPDM Rubber O-Ring temperature range:
Standard low temperature: -55 ° C (-67 ° F)
Standard high temperature: 125 ° C (257 ° F)
