The interaction between silicon molecules can hinder the movement of molecular segments, indicating viscosity or viscosity. The properties of silicone rubber are both elastic and viscous. The factors that affect elasticity are visible in terms of size, action time, temperature, etc. When the interaction between silicone molecules increases and the regularity of molecular chains is high, the tensile strength can be easily improved, indicating high elasticity. The elasticity of silicone is related to the crosslinking density. As the density increases, the elasticity of the vulcanizate increases, and the maximum value appears. In general, with the increase of constant tensile stress and hardness, the fracture elongation decreases, the elasticity is large, the permanent deformation is small, and the fracture elongation is large. Different adhesives have different fracture elongation rates.
