The heat resistance of nitrile rubber seal ring is better than that of neoprene. The long-term use temperature can reach 100~120 ℃, and the high temperature resistance is about 10 ℃ higher than that of neoprene. The general use temperature range is about - 45 ℃~+130 ℃.

It is well known that nitrile rubber seal rings have good oil resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance, but many people do not know that some media of nitrile rubber are not applicable, even the oil. For example, nitrile rubber seal rings are not applicable to phosphate series hydraulic oils and gear oils containing extreme pressure additives.
