FEPcoated O rings organically combines the elasticity and tightness of rubber with the chemical resistance of PTFE. It is composed of an inner core made of silicone or FKM and a relatively thin FEP outer cover.

Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance

Pure PTFE has excellent chemical and corrosion resistance. The ring with Feflon FEP sheall outside, it has almost the same chemical and corrosion resistance erformance as PTFE.

Temprature range

FEP coated O rings can be used at thetemperature range from - 60 ℃ to 205 ℃ for long-term. And can be used around 260 ℃ in short time

Low friction coefficient 

The friction coefficient of FEP is very small (only 0.1 ~ 0.2) and has excellent gas permeability resistance. These properties are advantageous to reduce equipment wear.

Low compression set

The o-ring formed by fusing the physical properties of silicone rubber or FKM with the chemical properties of PTFE has a high compressibility.
