Shaoxing OLI-WOLONG Vibration Machinery Co., Ltd. is a Sino foreign joint venture jointly invested and established by Wolong Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and Italian WAM Group OLI Company. The company has fully introduced advanced technology and processes from Italy, specializing in the production of various types of vibration motors, vibrators, and vibration rods. It is one of the world's largest production bases for vibration motors and vibrators.
Two technicians from the Italian headquarters and two technicians from the Shaoxing subsidiary visited our company's production line, learned about our entire production process and quality control.
This trip focused on visiting our R&D center, which was also the main purpose of their visit. We introduced them to various equipment for testing material properties and how we detect and control them. We emphasized the equipment we specially purchased for the smooth progress of this project, which is also the most important performance requirement for testing them, the high and low temperature (alternating) damp heat test chamber.
Through this visit and exchange, they saw that we do have the strength to strictly develop formulas according to the technical parameters they require, and independently conduct performance tests on each batch of materials used in subsequent production to ensure product stability and add another guarantee to their overall product.
At present, the materials and products we provide have passed their preliminary testing. The engineers expressed great satisfaction with this trip.
