Installation and operation instructions of EPDM rubber valve seat:

(1) Compare the rated parameters required by the equipment with those marked on the product to ensure that the requirements for use are met

(2) The installation personnel shall be trained and experienced to ensure the smooth completion of the installation work

(3) Thorough inspection shall be conducted after installation to ensure correct installation

(4) Before product installation, the pipeline system shall be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that the pipeline system is clean and free of rust and dirt. Before flushing, all filtering devices shall be removed to ensure that the pipeline is smooth

(5) It is recommended to install temporary pipes at the place where the equipment is installed during the initial cleaning of the system, and then install the equipment on the pipes after the flushing is completed

(6) Note that the equipment shall not be used in places with high viscosity or corrosivity such as medium containing more grease and mineral oil

(7) Use flanges and corresponding bolts that meet the standards for fixing
