There are many material options available for Oil Resistent Rubber O Ring Seal, and this is one of them, Hydrogenated Nitrile rubber (HNBR).

Hydrogenated Nitrile rubber is characterized by good heat resistance. Organic peroxides vulcanized materials can be used continuously for more than 1000 hours at 160 ℃, while NBR loses its continuous use value at 150 ℃. Excellent oil resistance, greatly superior to corresponding NBR and NBR/PVC blends in terms of fuel resistance and alcohol based fuel performance. The low-temperature resistance is superior to NBR: it has outstanding ozone aging resistance and resistance to various media (hot water, acid, alkali, alcohol). It also has better mechanical properties than ordinary NBR, and has better corrosion resistance, tensile resistance, tear resistance, and compression deformation characteristics.

General level: -40~150 ℃ (TR10-22~-24 ℃)

Low temperature resistance level: -55-150 ℃ (TR10 -35~-37 ℃)

Shore A55 degrees to 90 degrees
